One expense I simply won't give up is that of my bi-weekly cleaning people. (I'm not a cleaner, don't want to be a cleaner, I suck at it (no vacuum pun intended), so I might as well have somebody who IS good at it do it....)They come every other Wednesday between 7:00 and 8:00 am (this schedule was set up years ago when I was working a day job that started at 9:30 -- this way, they could be done before I left for the day. Now that I'm -- ahem -- self-employed, the alarm going off at 6:30 is not a happy sound. But I don't want to upset the apple cart by changing the cleaning folks' schedule, so up with the birds it is.)
